August 6, 2019

Dear Friends and Parish Leaders.

As you have seen from the bulletin this week, I am inviting you to a special meeting this Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 2:00pm till 5:00pm in Zanon Hall, for a GENERAL ASSEMBLY of all the Volunteers in the various ministries of the parish.

1 – It will be a moment of GRATITUDE for the work you have done this past year. We will have some refreshments for you.

2 –   It will also a moment of reflection and EVALUATION. We will look back at our ministries in the attempt to improve and reach out to more people.

3 – It will also be a moment of PLANNING for the coming pastoral year.

The theme will be the NEW EVANGELIZATION and the ways we can reach out to our community as DISCIPLES MISSIONARIES.

I will be speaking about the various spiritual challenges we face in the Church today and together we will find ways to respond to them.

I ask you to let me know whether or not you will be able to participate, so we can prepare refreshments and discussion material accordingly.

I am looking forward to seeing you this SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
