As we continue our Lenten Journey, I really want to bring to your attention with great gratitude our Catechetical Program for the First Communion and Confirmation Children. They come faithfully every week and their parents have an opportunity to participate in a special Adult Formation Program, while they are waiting for their children in another hall. It is very comforting to see that even the parents are faithful (those who decided to participate) to their weekly conference. This review of the sacraments for parents is not only good for personal growth, but it will help the whole family, by injecting new faith and new church interest into the whole family. First Communion and Confirmation is not only an event for the child but it is a faith celebration for the whole family. God is not coming only for the child, is coming home to the whole family.

So let us continue praying and walking together with our children in this important moment/decision of their life.
