May in our parish is a great month. Once we had completed the 3 confirmation ceremonies, we had the first ALPHA JUNIOR meeting with more of 40 youth (12-16) participating. A great start for this new and much needed program. Saturday 19 the Italian Community had their pilgrimage to FATIMA (NY) with a full bus of 56. A great day to honor our heavenly mother, and very relaxing! Sunday, may 20th, the Filipino Community at 2:30pm will celebrate FLORES DE MAYO with the procession outside. The NIGERIAN COMMUNITY just had on may 16th, their first meeting, very promising. On Saturday, may 26 from 4-7:00pm we will have the first APHA SENIOR youth group. Preparation for the Annual Feast of St. Catherine (1-2-3 June) is under way.
SO LOTS OF ACTIVITIES, LOTS OF VOLUNTEERS and lots of joy and enthusiasm. COME AND SEE.
