July  means vacations, and that is what the priests of the parish are going to do, Still the life of the parish continue as follows:

STEUBENVILLE TORONTO –  July 12, 2019 – A youth weekend organized by the Archdiocese of Toronto. Our parish is sending 18 youth and 4 adults. Great work of our Youth Minister.

MISSIONARY FEAST –On Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 7:00pm (after mass) you are invited in the Main Hall for food and dancing. The income will go to the missions.

FIESTA del DIVINO NINO will be organized by the Hispanic community on Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 7:30pm to 11:30pm with food and music. All invited. For info call the parish office.

SUMMER CAMP 1 – From July 29 till August 2, 2019. Great Experience with our Youth Ministry. $100.00 per week per child.  For more info please call the office of the Parish. For multiple children and for other situations, please call ANDRE TYSON. Parishioners are willing to sponsor our needy children.

August 2 – 4, 2019INNER HEALING RETREAT sponsored by the St. Catherine of Siena Parish English Charismatic prayer group in the Main Hall. $20 donation per person – Bring your lunch. (Anthony Lobo & Team and Fr. Matthias directors)

August 10 – GENERAL ASSEMBLY of all PARISH MINISTRIES.

August 15, we will have a celebration and procession with the Blessed Mother of the Assumption at the evening Mass of 7:00pm.

8 – August 17, 2019 – PEREGRINACION HISPANA a Marylake. Please call the office for information.

9 – August 20, 2019 – SENIORS DAY OUT. – Contact the office.

10 – August 23 & 24 – Beginning of the Year PARISH RETREAT.

SEPTEMBER 2 – LABOR DAY

September 7-8 – MINISTRY FAIR in the Main Hall, after masses.

September 12 – Feast  of LA VIRGEN DE COROMOTO organized by the Latino Community.

September 29 – WORLD DAY OF PRAYER for IMMIGRANTS AND REFUGEES.

PS – EDGE and APHA JUNIOR will resume in early September.

About Fr. Walter

Father Walter Tonelotto was born in Italy in 1947 and entered the Scalabrini Seminary at an early age. At 20 he was sent by his superiors to study Theology at St. Joseph’s Seminary in Dunwoodie, New York and then to the Toronto School of Theology. He holds a Master in Divinity from St. Paul’s University in Ottawa and a Master in Moral Theology from Union Theological Seminary at Columbia University, New York City.
