THE ALTAR SERVERS CHRISTMAS PARTY

On Boxing day, December 26, when all the family celebrations are over, we will get together at the Parish to thank all the ALTAR SERVERS for their dedicated service. In the afternoon, around 2:00pm till 4:00pm we will gather for prayer, probably a movie, fun and the traditional PIZZA. At this meeting you will be also introduced to the SERRA CLUB, a group of lay people who are dedicated to the ministry for VOCATIONS in the Church. In September 4 of our Altar Servers were honored by Bishop Boisonneau in a great celebration at “Star of the Sea” Parish.

All Altar Servers, old and new, young and old are welcome. It will be a good opportunity to bring also a friend.

About Fr. Walter

Father Walter Tonelotto was born in Italy in 1947 and entered the Scalabrini Seminary at an early age. At 20 he was sent by his superiors to study Theology at St. Joseph’s Seminary in Dunwoodie, New York and then to the Toronto School of Theology. He holds a Master in Divinity from St. Paul’s University in Ottawa and a Master in Moral Theology from Union Theological Seminary at Columbia University, New York City.
