THE SPANISH YOUTH PRE-ENCUENTRO

Our Parish this year will be responsible to organize the ANNUAL SPANISH PILGRIMAGE to Marylake on August 18, 2018. In preparation for that event, our parish is organizing a “Pre-encuentro” of all the youth of all the spanish parishes of the Archdiocese of Toronto.
Such an event will take place on May 5, 2018 in the GYM of our school of St. Catherine os Siena. It is a first but very promising, especially because Pope Francis will convene the SYNOD OF BISHOPS on the same issue of YOUTH AND VOCATION DISCERNMENT.

About Fr. Walter

Father Walter Tonelotto was born in Italy in 1947 and entered the Scalabrini Seminary at an early age. At 20 he was sent by his superiors to study Theology at St. Joseph’s Seminary in Dunwoodie, New York and then to the Toronto School of Theology. He holds a Master in Divinity from St. Paul’s University in Ottawa and a Master in Moral Theology from Union Theological Seminary at Columbia University, New York City.
